Tucson DSA uses Shared Google Drives for document sharing.
My Drive is your personal workspace.
Files you create or upload here are owned by you. You can share them with others, but access depends on the permissions you set—and if you leave the organization, those files may be lost or require transfer.
Shared Drives are owned by a group rather than you.
Files placed in a Shared Drive belong to the team, not a single person. This means files remain accessible even if team members leave, and permissions are managed at the drive or folder level for consistency.
